So excited about these cookies! My boys, of course, love Dr. Seuss. We have accumulated quite the collection of his books over the years. Classics.
I photographed my scribbles sketches for this set. I’m going to submit it for LilaLoa’s ‘Sketch It!’ contest. If you would like to check out all the other fantastic cookiers and their sketches: http://www.lilaloa.com/2013/02/challenge-yourself-sketch-it.html
In the meantime, I’ll leave you with some pictures of my cookies. And my favorite Dr. Seuss saying.
‘If you never did, you should. These things are fun, and fun is good.’

These are absolutely adorable!! Great job!
Thank you!
Love your cookies as well –
awesome cookies!!! They are gorgeous! Do you mind if I ask how you did them? Markers? Transfers? The best Dr. Seuss cookies I’ve ever seen, great job!
Thank you! For the cookies – I did royal icing first. Outlined the basic shape and flooded the background blue. The next day, I used my kopykake to put the image on the cookie. It was originally from a paper plate! I found some Wilton fine tip food writers at Walmart – I used those to finish ‘drawing’ the image.
